I am a Pacific Northwest born and trained professional. A selection of my training, associations, and additional experience are listed below. Beyond my professional credentials, I believe that we all have our gifts in life - mine happens to be supporting others.
Simply put, I love what I do because I get to help people make their lives better. It’s not my job to judge or instruct you, you are the expert and author of your own life - but I will help you navigate the twists and turns along the way by understanding yourself and others more fully.
I try to infuse a good mix of humor and practicality into our sessions. I utilize a combination of family systems theory, motivational interviewing, coaching, guided imagery, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative, solution-focused, and other client-centered therapy models. Our work is determined by your needs and interests.
I am a mom, wife, and coffee lover; each of which contribute to me being a better therapist.
